Our response to COVID-19 concerns

Just a few words to update our Retail Partners, Customers and Friends.
 

Our hygiene procedures have always included the use of three air purification and filtration units in the Studio (including HEPA filtration); the constant use of alcohol hand gel and alcohol wipes in surface and machine cleaning.
   

Only one person works in the Production Studio at any time, mitigating risk of transferring illness amongst team members.
 

We have taken further measures including but not limited to:

• All consignments are internally sprayed with disinfectant mist prior to packing, as a precaution
• Hand disinfectant gel is placed in our freight pick up reception area
• Couriers are not required to sign on despatch or delivery to us
• Freight from Australia takes around five days transit time to destination ports from port of discharge, thus mitigating risk of surface infection (as per current info)
